★チュニックを作ろう★

<ご用意頂くもの>
・生地
2.5メートルの中厚から厚手のもので、素材は、綿、綿/リネンの混紡、リネン、またはウールの生地（幅が約150cmの場合は2メートルでよいです。）
※明るすぎない無地の単色をご用意ください。

・裁縫道具

・その他：生地にふさわしい糸、約30本のまっすぐなピン、はさみ
（100円ショップのもので大丈夫です）

<下準備>
ウールを除くすべての生地は、後の収縮を避けるために事前に洗っておいてください。
１回目はチュニックを切り抜いて縫い始めます。

Let’s make a tunic!

✨ Clothing workshop 

2/27 Sat.　Time: 1:45pm~3:45pm

・Application deadline: Feb. 25th

If you have come before, just bring your project.
If you will be attending for the first time, please bring fabric and tools as you will begin by hand sewing a tunic, the basis of most medieval clothes.

For this please bring 2.5 meters of middle to heavy weight cotton, cotton/linen blend, linen or wool fabric in a plain single color that is not too bright. (2 meters if width is c. 150 cm).

All fabric except the wool should be prewashed to avoid later shrinkage. Also bring a spool of thread that looks good with your fabric, about 30 straight pins and scissors. (100 yen store ok).

On your first day, you will cut out and begin sewing a tunic.

Note to ladies: For you, this will be an over tunic to go over a longer gown. If you want to make the gown first, please bring 3 meters (a little more if you are tall). I look forward to seeing you at sewing day.
