武士道クラス☆毎週土曜日開催

これまで隔週で開催していた武士道クラスですが、今後は毎週土曜日18:30からの開催になりました

<武士道クラス内容>

剣道や居合といった日本刀の扱い方を前提とした修練を中心に、長柄武器や組み打ちなどの侍ファイター独特の武器の使い方、また、道着の着方や効果的な筋肉の鍛え方などを基礎から丁寧に指導。ジャパン・アーマードバトル・リーグ（JABL）で鎧を身に着け侍ファイターとして戦う実践テクニックを学んでいきます。

※武士道クラスの会員はレッスンのほか、ライトバトルスパーリングおよびアーマバトルスパーリングにも参加し、実戦練習も行えます。

Bushido- class: THE WAY OF THE SAMURAI

<Lesson>
Class is held once a week,on Saturday

Mainly we train based on the way of Japanese sword handling of kendo and Iaido, we will show you technique how Samurai fighters use unique weapons, such as long-range weapons and combat strikes.

Addition to that we teach how to wear dozens and how to train muscles effectively from the basic..
We will learn practical techniques for fighting as a samurai fighter wearing armor in the Japan Armored Battle League (JABL).
